Arlesater Ltd (registered under the Swedish Company name; Arlesäter Bygg Projekt & Design AB) is a Swedish private limited liability company (reg.nr 556417-4422) with med F-tax (VAT-nr SE556417442201). The Company was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office in 1991-02-13 and according to the incorporation, the Company shall carry on:

- consulting business within management and business development regarding

health, lifesyle and personal development.

- development of web based services within health, lifestyle and personal

developments

- project and concept development

- part-ownership in future concepts within health, lifestyle and life quality

- trade in (import and export) jewelleries, watches and qntiques

- trade in securities as well as business compatible therewith

 

Competence

- The CEO, Patrik Arlesater, is the founder of the company and have been CEO

since 1990, and have a long term agreement with the company.

- The Company have no other management/executives. Instead the company

uses their strong network of professional entrepreneurs which the company

signs for every project.

- For projects with reforments/renovation a team of professional handymens

are employed, with skills according to the need for the project.

- Among the collaborators the company works with well established companies

as Ernst & Young, DELPHI Law Firm, Handelsbanken among others.

 

Economy & Strategy

- The Company is based upon a secure capital base and with a health economy.

- The Strategy of the company is to start up and/or buy, and manage for selling

businesses together with finding right, local owners of every project.

- Surplus of capital are placed in order to get a good outcome of each

placement.
